Surya Devi heads Labour Law Compliance at the firm. Having a decade of experience in the field, handling labour and industrial compliance. She is an expert at handling all kinds of statutory compliance under labour law and continues to adviseour clients on employment contracts, HR policies, Employees’ Manual, Domestic Enquiry, Redundancy, Retrenchment etc. She appears before the lower courts in petty civil matters and also before Labour Courts and Industrial Tribunals. She also appears before High Courts of the Country in matters relating to property, matrimonial disputes, industrial disputes, services etc.
His major practice area is Criminal Law. He appears before various courts in the country including High Courts. He also represents clients of the firm in civil matters, matrimonial disputes, property disputes etc.
Anandhi Devi has a rich experience of working in legal field for more than 8 years. She mainly handles lower court cases of the firm and has also independently appeared before various forums including the High Courts, the Company Law Board, Consumer Forums, Family Courts, Debt Recovery Tribunal and Labour courts.
Geetha regularly represents a variety of clients before a number of tribunals and dispute resolution forums, including disputes relating to civil and commercial matters.She frequently appears before the consumer forums and family courts. She also represents clients before High Courts in civil matters.
Archana is good at drafting and engages in preparing a variety of petitions, claims, complaints, legal notices and replies. She also drafts petitions in Public Interest Litigations and Writs.She has experience in drafting title reports, leave & license agreements and testamentary documents. Her practice area includes Commercial and Corporate laws and laws relating to Intellectual Property Rights. She has practice experience in the matters relating to Debt Recovery, SARFAESI, Incorporation and Compliance of Corporates. Along with the passion to practice law, she also has strong interest in academics. She also takes part in legal-aid programmes, representing the firm and in individual capacity and is enthusiastic about ensuring safeguards of law to the weaker sections of the society.
Sreenedhi has zeal in practicing law and litigation. Her area of interests includes Constitutional Law, Law relating to Human Rights, Law relating to Women and Children, Environmental Law, Humanitarian law etc. She also practices civil, commercial and corporate laws. She has experience in drafting various petitions for lower courts in the country as well as agreements and related documents for corporate clients. Further, she participates in legal-aid programmes on behalf of the firm and also in individual capacity.
Sowjanya, is experienced in the field of commercial laws and laws relating to intellectual property rights. She has expertise in filing of patents and trademarks. She also has significant expertise to deal with contentious IP matters before the courts and tribunals. Apart from that, she also practices criminal law.
Apart from the advocates at the firm, we also have advocates practicing at different courts of the country, who will represent the cases for the firm’s clients when required. The firm’s Advocates arehaving requisite permission to conduct cases before the Appellate Division. The Firm’s Advocates have 7 to 15 years of practice experience in the High Court Division and 10 to 15 years’ practice experience in the District Courts, Criminal Courts, Labour Courts, and Tribunals.
